Using a Virtual Assistants (VA) to help run your digital record label – Part 2 of 5
What is a virtual assistant? Well, it’s an assistant, just like all successful people have (whether they’re musicians or CEO’s) – real people there to help you get more done in your workday, and to help you get the right stuff done. But here’s the twist: they’re online… working virtually.
That means you don’t have to pay them fulltime wage. You don’t have to pay a real person to come sit in your office, and watch while they lean against a water cooler all day. Hell, you don’t even need to have an office for them. They work online, and only work when you need them. You can call them up at any time, and they can do what you need done… but they’re not standing around waiting for tasks. It’s way cheaper.
But it also makes more sense. They can serve other clients, and make a fulltime wage from multiple people, but not burden any one of them. They’re available when you need them – to get tasks done and to help you run your business, but they don’t drag your business down. You can stay small, stay agile, and stay focused on your music (instead of unemployment and insurance benefits for your employees).
It’s a better way to do business, and a better way to get an assistant; someone to help you work harder and smarter, without costing you too much more. What can that do for your business? Parts 3, 4, and 5 are all about that.

virtual assistants are worth their weight in gold…..old saying….new necessity….they stay current on all the latest digital products and ideas….like Vision Map Videos for marketing and advertising….always use a virtual assistant that knows all the latest marketing tools…have fun!!!

With a virtual assistant you can decide a set number of hours you need on a project basis or even a set number of hours a month.
